You need to be able to find weak areas and propose changes to rectify them. You must also have good communication skills as you will be liaising with different departments and members of staff to help formulate your change strategy.

In the role of a change management consultant you will be meeting regularly with managing directors, directors and other high level business people. A business can be brought to its knees if you do not know what you are doing in this role, so it is vital that you are well trained and confident.
