Ingredients to Use:
? Pieces of Chicken (cooked and cubed)
? Vegetables of your choice (carrot, tomato, spinach, onion, broccoli, cabbages, lettuce etc) ? Bell pepper (cut and chopped)
? Boiled potatoes cut in pieces
? Little of garlic
? Fresh pepper and salt to taste
? Tablespoon of vinegar and olive oil
Directions Boil and cut the pieces of chicken in cube. Cook them till tender and set aside. Take peeled potato pieces and make it to boil in salt water for atleast 15 minutes, till soft. Cut the florets of broccoli in a bowl; add other vegetables of your choice such as carrot, tomato, spinach, onion, broccoli, cabbages, lettuce etc in it and toss it all together.
In another small bowl, grind the garlic with vinegar and salt. Pour it over the salad in the bowl and mix well. Add olive oil to it along with freshly grounded pepper. Add more dressings if you want. Serve it.
