Cut a slit horizontally across the wedge. Doing so will create a channel for the juice to flow out of, giving you more control, more juice, and less sprayed juice to clean up.

Juicing citrus fruit isn't hard by any means, but little, simple tips like this can make easy tasks even easier. Normally I would just put my hand around the side of the wedge I'm juicing to catch spray, but this avoids it altogether and makes sure all of the juice goes right into my drink or mixing bowl.
